Though many states have decided to allow gyms to reopen, there are still many regular gym-goers who would prefer to workout from the comfort of their own homes. The motivation for working out at home by yourself can be hard to find under regular circumstances and even harder to find now, given all that the world is going through at the moment. Although you may not feel comfortable enough to rock your Tunic T at the gym just yet… there are still accessible home workout options for you to try today. Fitness programs like Orange Theory, Y7 Studio, and 305 Fitness are offering at-home workout options for free. Orange Theory is uploading daily workouts to their website, Y7 Studio offers IG Live Yoga classes, and 305 Fitness is uploading daily dance cardio workouts to their Youtube channel.

If you are itching to get back into working out away from your home but are looking for safe options, your local YMCA may be offering outdoor classes to members and taking safety measures; such as regularly disinfecting equipment and other commonly used surfaces, as well as, practicing social distancing. SoulCycle is taking similar safety measures but also requires patrons to wear masks in common areas. Masks are optional during classes. Before heading out to get your workout in, be sure to check with your gym about new policies due to the COVID-19 crisis.
