Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders of $150 or more (excluding tax) within the Continental United States, including in-store purchases. These orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. For expedited shipping, options will be provided at designated fees during checkout. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING AND TIMING
Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with order details and a tracking number. During major holidays and promotional periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your shipment via the Shipment Notification email. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to text us at 1-833-465-2756; our team will personally respond. Please note that you may receive multiple Shipment Notification emails if items in your order ship separately.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We understand that carrier delays and issues can occur. Carriers may occasionally mark a package as “Delivered” while it is still in transit, with delivery typically occurring within the next four business days. If your order is marked as “Delivered” but has not arrived after four business days, please:
1. Check the surrounding area of your delivery address.
2. Contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Please note that (IN)LARKIN is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer reshipments or exchanges for missing packages. If funds are returned, you may place a new order. If your carrier’s tracking shows no movement or activity for more than five business days, contact our Customer Service team to investigate further.
ADDRESS CHANGES ON ORDERS
Once an order is submitted, it begins processing immediately and typically cannot be modified. However, if your order has shipped and you need to update address information, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods may result in delays and additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

- UPS (Domestic Orders): Use UPS My Choice for free address updates.
- USPS (Domestic Orders): Use USPS Package Intercept to make address changes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
