FREE SHIPPING

We offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders of $225 or more (excluding tax) shipped within the Continental United States. These orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.  Options will also be presented for expedited shipping for these orders at the designated fees, should this be desired.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS

For all destinations available to our customers, we offer a variety of shipping methods and associated costs from our carriers USPS, UPS, and DHL.  The available options vary by destination and carrier and will be presented during the checkout process.

TIMING AND PROCESS

For orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday–Friday, every attempt will be made to ship the same day the order is placed barring unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on weekdays or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.  An email will be sent to you with order details and a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during major holidays and/or promotions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select parts of the world. Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to the taxes and duties as determined by customs and the regulatory bodies in the destination country. Any shipping/duties and other regulatory fees/taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and will be handled directly between the taxing/customs authorities and the customer. International orders are non-refundable.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our shipping facility in California and our carriers are taking increased precautions to keep employees and customers healthy; this may slightly delay delivery of your order.
